About the role
Our Sunbright, TN warehouse is hiring full-time Warehouse Sorters to handle incoming electronics, sort by material type, and feed our processing lines.
This is hands-on work in a clean, well-organized facility. We'll train the right person on our R2v3 procedures.
Responsibilities
- Unload incoming pallets and gaylords of electronics
- Sort material by type: ferrous, non-ferrous, boards, plastics
- Operate manual pallet jacks and (after training) a forklift
- Follow safety + R2v3 chain-of-custody procedures
- Keep your station clean and organized
Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly through an 8-hour shift
- Comfortable on your feet and able to work in a warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation to Sunbright, TN
- Forklift certification a plus — we'll train if you don't have one
- Drug screen + background check required
